Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team as a 1099 contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the machine vision, precision measurement equipment, industrial gauges, optical instruments or automation sectors, and a passion for technology. This role involves cold calling, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales to meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in various industries for our 2D vision systems.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Experience using CRM software to manage sales processes and client relationships.

Provide excellent customer service and support to exceed prospects and customers satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the machine vision, precision measurement equipment, industrial gauges, optical instruments, automation, or related industries.
Strong understanding of 2D vision systems and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with competitive commission structures and incentives based on sales performance.
