Responsibilities of the AP Specialist:
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  • Processing due invoices for payments
  • Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and invoice data
  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
  • Reach out to vendors

Preferred Qualifications for the AP Specialist:
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ideally experience working in a high-volume environment (50+ invoices a day)
