Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:
