Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in any accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Process payroll and manage employee expense reports.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
