Construction Superintendent - Stamford, CT

  • Oversee all on-site activities for ground-up construction projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely material deliveries.
  • Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solve on-site challenges and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.

Profile

Construction Superintendent - Stamford, CT
