Description

Responsibilities:

  • Capacity Modeling: Create and maintain models to forecast production output and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Production Improvement: Spearhead projects aimed at refining production processes, minimizing waste, and boosting efficiency.
  • Work Cell Management: Align work cell demands with takt times to ensure a seamless workflow and achieve production goals.
  • KPI Analysis: Monitor and analyze production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Strategy Implementation: Formulate and execute strategies to enhance production KPIs, and drive improvements in quality, productivity, and profitability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster ongoing improvement by applying Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the plant's operations are efficient, reliable, and safe, addressing any technical issues as they arise

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Communication and Leadership: Exceptional skills in both communication and leadership
  • Methodological Knowledge: Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel frequently between different facilities
