Excellent State and Local Tax Supervisor opportunity at a growing manufacturing firm based in New Haven, CT. This opportunity will include, but will not be limited to, state and local tax compliance.

My client is a well-known manufacturing firm based in New Haven. CT. They are a smaller and more collaborative tax team who has a flexible in-office schedule.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of state separate and combined corporate income and franchise tax returns
• Assist with tax provision
• Tax planning
• Research various state and local tax matters

Profile

• 3-7 years of relevant experience within the space (state and local tax)
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
• CPA and/or MST preferred, not required
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Strong and effective communicator
