Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in healthcare or private school construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from project inception through completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through project closeout
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients

Profile

  • 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare or private school construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools
  • Must have Healthcare or Private School project experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
