Job Title: Gen AI Developer
Location: Hartford, CT OR Dallas, TX
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
Highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Architect with expertise in leveraging ChatGPT and integrating AI solutions across various applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows, enhance customer experiences, and enable advanced capabilities for our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI integration and scalability.

1. AI Solution Design and Architecture:
o Lead the design and architecture of generative AI solutions, with a focus on leveraging ChatGPT (GPT 3, 3.5, 4,Gemini) and other LLM (Large Language Model) technologies.
o Create scalable AI architectures that can be integrated into existing systems and workflows, ensuring performance, reliability, and flexibility.
o Define best practices for using generative AI models, including ethical considerations, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
2. Application Integration:
o Develop strategies for integrating generative AI solutions, including ChatGPT, into various business applications
o Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless API integration between AI systems and business applications.
o Ensure AI models are optimized for real-time interaction and can handle the scale of operations.
3. Customization and Optimization:
o Customize ChatGPT models and other AI technologies to align with specific business needs, such as customer service automation, data analysis, and content generation.
o Continuously fine-tune and optimize AI models based on performance metrics and user feedback to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
o Develop workflows and automations using generative AI that streamline tasks and enhance decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with key stakeholders (product managers, engineers, data scientists, etc.) to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
o Present AI use cases, architectures, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. AI Governance and Security:
o Ensure that AI implementations comply with data privacy regulations, security standards, and ethical guidelines.
o Implement governance frameworks to manage model lifecycle, auditing, and compliance.

Qualifications:
Proven experience working with generative AI technologies like ChatGPT, GPT models, or other LLMs.
Strong experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and API integration with applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) for AI deployment and integration.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with OpenAI APIs, fine-tuning GPT models, and building custom AI solutions.
