Job description

CCSN is excited to announce that we are seeking a Program Consultant and Licensed Behavior Analyst to support learners in partner school districts primarily in Fairfield County, CT .

Primary responsibilities include:
Providing consultation to school teams with established special education programs to support learners with complex learning and behavioral needs.
Completing professional documentation of clinical and consultative activities.
Attending consult division meetings and other internal meetings onsite at CCSN's Farmington office
Developing and helping coordinate professional development opportunities for certified and non-certified staff in districts.
Coordinating with CCSN's administrative team as needed

The successful candidate will possess:
Be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing with the State of Connecticut and either a BCBA or BCBA-D
Have experience in delivering evidence-based treatment to children with ASD and other learning needs for at least 3 years with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Have experience coordinating professional development and training opportunities for direct care staff.
Have strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Possess the desire to work as part of a larger team multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and others.
Newly certified BCBA's are encouraged to apply. Supervision, training, and oversight are provided to all BCBA's.

This position also includes:
Weekly participation in clinical teams and CCSN leadership teams
Participation in center-based professional development for Type 2 CEs
Opportunities for growth and development of clinical skills
Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians throughout the organization.

_ This position will begin with a contract running through July 1, 2025 with position review and renewal addressed in the Spring of 2025. _
