Description

  1. Fabrication Leadership:
    • Lead fabricators, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets.
    • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate fabrication.
  1. Metalworking Expertise:
    • Oversee the fabrication of complex metal components, utilizing various materials and processes such as welding, cutting, bending, and machining.
    • Ensure the highest quality standards in metal fabrication, adhering to industry specifications and company guidelines.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to fabrication processes, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
  1. Quality Control:
    • Implement and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the fabrication process.
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to guarantee the precision and durability of fabricated components.
    • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and rectify any non-conformities.
  1. Safety Compliance:
    • Uphold and promote a culture of safety within the fabrication department, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Profile

  1. Experience:
    • Proven experience in a lead fabrication role, preferably within the robotics or automation industry.
    • Strong background in metal fabrication techniques, including welding, CNC machining, and precision cutting.
  1. Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
    • In-depth knowledge of fabrication materials, processes, and industry standards.
    • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
