Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 1 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Expertise in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
