Key Responsibilities of the Benefits and Payroll Specialist:

  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Manage benefit enrollments, terminations, and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and tax information.
  • Collaborate with HR to coordinate new hire orientations and benefits onboarding.
  • Reconcile payroll and benefits deductions, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required by management.

Qualifications of the Benefits and Payroll Specialist:
