Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our US Onshore Resources & Carbon Management (ORCM) team as a Maintenance Planning Tech. This role will be based in Platteville, Colorado and is an Office role managing data.

The Maint. Planning Tech will utilize the organization's SAP Master Data Management strategy. Role is responsible for assisting in small amounts of field data collection, entry of field supplied data into SAP database and other supporting systems. Role will include collection, management, and conversion of raw data into usable information for analysis by the organization. Including ensuring data availability, consistency, and accuracy. Looking for a detail oriented, team player who is self-motivated and committed to doing the right thing.

Essential Job Duties:
- Review SAP notifications and work directly with the business to plan, schedule, and assist with the completion of work activities in the SAP application.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create, plan, schedule, and execute activities in SAP.
- Interact with internal and external teams, including Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Vendors.
- Conduct meetings with field operation teams.
- Validate data from field-submitted requests.
- Prioritize and coordinate multiple work groups.
- Utilize and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools.

Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Preferred experience in SAP and knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
- Basic knowledge and background in SAP, SQL, and Excel.

â Effective collaboration skills to work with core business and technical support experts.
â Experience using SAP.
â Experience developing data solutions using multiple database technologies, such as (Oracle, SQL Server, or SQL Server Management Studio) â Experience developing reporting and visualization solutions such as PowerBi â Strong skills and experience with Microsoft products most importantly Excel.
â Prefer basic knowledge and understanding of Oil and Gas operations and equipment.
â Willingness to assist in field data collection.
