Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic Travel Advisors who enjoy the excitement of booking travel and helping others create unforgettable experiences. As a Travel Advisor, youll be responsible for arranging transportation, accommodations, and entertainment for both business and leisure clients. You may choose to specialize in certain types of travel, such as leisure or business, or focus on specific destinations. Additionally, youll promote travel packages for cruise lines, resorts, and specialty travel groups.

Position Details:
- Part-Time and Full-Time options available

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Arrange accommodation and travel services, including itinerary planning.
- Work closely with clients to determine their destination, preferred mode of transportation, travel dates, budget, and accommodation needs.
- Understand and assess clients' preferences, including schedules, costs, and payment plans.
- Plan and organize tour packages, excursions, and day trips.
- Book reservations for travel, hotels, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons, and more.
- Provide information on international travel procedures, including passport and visa requirements.
- Offer insights on customs regulations, currency exchange rates, and other important international travel details.
- Stay informed about the latest travel restrictions and guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions provided by the company and vendors.
- Arrange travel for a variety of clients, including businesses, sports teams, vacationers, and wedding parties.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a computer and/or smartphone with internet access
- Must be a citizen and authorized to work in the USA or Mexico
- Must be fluent in English
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills (a background in sales is a plus, but not required)
- Personal travel experience is highly valued, though not required
