As a Registered Nurse at Columbine Heath Services, you will provide:
Compassionate Care - Elevate residents' quality of life while honoring their dignity and individuality.
Expert Nursing - Implement cutting-edge preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care.
Holistic Approach - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the comprehensive nursing process.
Precision in Treatment - Administer medications and treatments with accuracy, closely monitoring responses.
Lab Expertise - Collect samples and perform routine lab tests to ensure residents' health.
Leadership - Oversee paraprofessional care and support nursing assistants in meeting resident needs.
Vigilant Monitoring - Keep a keen eye on residents' conditions, reporting and recording any changes.
Detailed Documentation - Maintain meticulous medical records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Seamless Transitions - Assist with new resident admissions, discharge planning, and educational plans.
Team Collaboration - Actively participate in care conferences and maintain robust communication with the healthcare team.

What We're Looking For:
Experience and Education:
Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited university.
Clear, unencumbered licenses form the State of Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
1-2 years of related experience or training.
Preferred experience in the geriatric population in a long-term care facility, assisted living, or other related health care facility.
Skills:
Ability to effectively able to read and interpret documents.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to reason and problem solve.
Ability to lead and supervise nursing assistants for the assigned unit.
Basic technical skills.
Knowledge of the aging process, dementia, and disabilities.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $34 - $45.22/hr. DOE.
Evening differential: $3.00
Overnight differential: $4.00
Weekend shift differential: $3.00
