Job description

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING Work with other dispatchers to answer daily HVAC (aka Thermal) service calls, repairs, and requests that come into the Colorado Service Department. Processing service tickets through the Company business solution (Accumatica) including parts orders, customer follow-ups and sales follow-ups. Sending prestart-up checklists and service authorizations as needed to schedule work for technicians. Creating preventive maintenance (PM) tickets once the contract is entered into Acumatica. Updating each contract list with updated details. Confirmation of thermal service calls with customers for proper dispatching. Verify customer account details to dispatch service including billing terms. Thoroughly understand thermal billing process and assist Billing Coordinators when needed. Review project budgets for proper service coordination. Follow up on open thermal customer service matters such as service reports and emergency service requests. Provide dispatch back-up when necessary for the other offices when needed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY High School Diploma is required, bachelors degree preferred One year of relevant dispatching experience required, HVAC/Mechanical dispatching experience preferred Recent and relevant customer service experience Excellent phone etiquette experience Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment Experience working under pressure, with multiple deadlines and within an ever-changing high paced team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Good time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook and past CRM exposure COMPETENCIES YOU SHOULD HAVE Customer Service Communication Initiative Dependability Sense of Urgency Dispatching The pay range is $50,000 - $61,000 plus bonus based on relevant experience
