Growing, fast-paced, employee-owned engineering and construction consulting company is looking to add a sharp Payroll Specialist to become an integral part of their vibrant team.
The Payroll Specialist will work within a payroll department with two others and will report to the Payroll Manager.

Payroll Specialist Duties:
- process bi-monthly payroll for 400 employees using PayCom and Deltek Vantagepoint
- union and non-union payroll for multiple entities
- respond to employee inquiries and make employee change requests
- assist the accounting department with month-end close when it pertains to payroll accountants
- file worker's compensation reports and tax reports
- complete year-end processing for payroll reporting and 401K contributions
- other payroll duties as needed

Payroll Specialist Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- CPP is a plus!
- experience with Paycom is a plus
- intermediate Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables
- strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Salary $65K-75K

Hours for the Payroll Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibility) in a business-casual office
