Summary:

The Custom Computer Production & Logistics Manager will be responsible for the overall successful management of the TrinWare Custom Computer Production and Fulfillment and warehouse operations. This position requires the management of direct reports from multiple departments. Budgeting, time management and financial analysis of the operation to assure efficiency and profitability will be required. The Computer Production & Logistics Manager will also be responsible for the successful growth, development, and training of the TrinWare custom computer production and logistics staff.

NOTE: This position reports to the office 5 days a week, located in Centennial, CO. Remote positions are not available.

Essential Qualifications:
  • BS degree in IT, Management, or 6 years of related field of experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the configuration of custom computer hardware solutions in a business environment, including custom built PC's, Asus Nuc, Dell desktops and laptops, and other common mainstream systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in computer repair and troubleshooting
  • 3-5 years of successful management experience with the configuration of custom computer hardware solutions in a fast paced, production and manufacturing environment
  • 3-5 years of experience with the creation and deployment of Microsoft software utilizing Microsoft Image X, DISM, WDS, Acronis and/or related imaging tools
  • 3-5 years of experience in the volume deployment of operating systems
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, and logistics management
  • Inventory control regarding stocking, pulling orders, and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation
  • Experience with inventory cycle counting
  • Experience executing inventory counts
  • Detail oriented and highly organized warehouse skills are required
  • Understand general FIFO and Inventory movement accounting procedures
  • Ability to execute, process, and perform mid-inventory cycle counts
  • Expertise in MAS90 (can be gained on the job)
  • Must enjoy teamwork, learning, variety, and working with your hands and possess a positive and energetic attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft, Linux, and other related software packages
  • Networking experience and network enterprise server maintenance
  • Network infrastructure cabling experience
  • Meticulous accuracy in computer, server, and notebook configuration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven people management skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
Computer Production Manager - Duties:
  • Mentor, manage, coach, and train a team of TrinWare PC and server configuration technicians
  • Participate and be a working manager on the custom computer production assembly line
  • Approve and manage team schedules including time off requests
  • Complete and execute performance reviews per company policy in a timely manner
  • Create team and individual long and short-term goals for the Team in alignment with company objectives
  • Work with HR to adequately staff the Production Department including interviewing potential candidates
  • Carry and lead by example the TrinWare Core Values
  • Assemble computer systems involving both a knowledge of hardware assembly and software installation, imaging, and deployment in a fast-paced production and manufacturing environment
  • Ensure quality control and error checking
  • Prepare orders for shipment
  • Troubleshoot and perform computer repairs
  • Inventory preparation
  • Maintain a perfectly clean and safe work environment
  • Coordinate building maintenance items with other departments
  • Create, follow and maintain ISO 9001:2015 production standards
  • Ability to be a working manager and team-player
  • Communication with customers and internal employees that may require assistance with their solution(s). Participate and offer information for QBR's with key clients.

Logistics Manager - Duties:

  • Mentor, manage, coach, and train a team of TrinWare warehouse associates
  • Approve and manage team schedules including time off requests
  • Perform performance reviews per company policy in a timely manner
  • Create team and individual long and short-term goals for the Team in alignment with company objectives
  • Work with HR to adequately staff the Warehouse including interviewing potential candidates
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and supplies by managing receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution services
  • Manage the preparation and assembly of customer specific kitting, assembly and packaging requirements
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical and cycle counts as needed; reconciling with inventory management software and the Director of Product Procurement or equivalent
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment.
  • Direct the pulling, serializing, and preparing orders and shipments for the production department, will call and courier orders
  • Direct the arranging and obtaining of quotes for courier and LTL services by predetermined courier and LTL companies
  • Direct the labeling and stocking products received in a timely and organized fashion
  • Direct the shipping of products in a timely, efficient, proper, and professional manner
  • Direct the processing and sorting of incoming customer and vendor RMA's in a timely and accurate fashion as required by the operation to assure operational efficiencies
  • Ensure that the production department's orders & peripherals are pulled and prepared in advance for efficient and timely order processing
  • Follow and maintain ISO 9001:2015 production standards
  • Utilizing industry standard ERP's, such as Netsuite and Sage to manage inventory and enter orders.
  • Direct the organization of shipping, receiving, and warehouse area each day in preparation for the next business day
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing business goals for all stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned


Working Relationship:
  • You will report to the President of TrinWare as your supervisor. In addition, you'll complete projects for several other members of our leadership team, which consists of 5 total members. We have a significant amount of experience in working with a team and look forward to working with you!
Hours:

The Custom Computer Production & Logistics Manager reports to the office 5 days a week, Monday through Friday Standard business hours are 7:30AM to 6:00PM. Final hours to be determined and may change based on the company's needs and can exceed 40 hours a week, based on needs.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is between $80,000 - $105,000, 1 st year OTE.
