What You'll Do: Dive into development with JavaScript and Node.js, crafting RESTful APIs that power our platform. Query and manipulate geospatial data from ESRI or OGC APIs. Utilize the ArcGIS Enterprise Suite and ArcMap or ArcPro to enhance our systems. Collaborate with various Government agencies to implement software enhancements. Integrate multiple applications seamlessly. Design, develop, document, test, and debug software solutions that address mission-critical problems. Apply your knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic to create innovative solutions. Contribute to end-user instructions and manuals, ensuring our tools are user-friendly. Lead and coordinate the work of developer personnel, fostering a collaborative environment. Embrace rapid prototyping and Agile methodologies to deliver top-notch software. Innovate and develop analytical solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. Leverage Java-based technologies to build robust enterprise systems. Engage in research and development, turning ideas into production-ready systems. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software development, covering analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, ArcGIS, and Agile-based software development. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Security+ Certification. Preferred Skills: Experience with microservice-based architectures. A solid understanding of web application development concepts. Familiarity with KOOP. Experience with RDNS and NoSQL databases, particularly Elasticsearch. Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, and NiFi automation. AWS experience. Expertise in continuous integration and software CM processes/tools (Subversion, GIT, JIRA, Confluence). Experience building DevOps pipelines for enterprise systems. Knowledge of infrastructure as code applications (Chef, Ansible, Terraform, etc.). AWS Certification (Developer, DevOps, Architect, etc.). Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access. Willingness to obtain CI Polygraph. US Citizenship required.
