With a powerful reputation across Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming, our team of expert public adjusters has successfully managed thousands of claims for various natural and man-made disasters. Now, were seeking a Regional Public Adjusting Sales Manager to expand our reach and help more clients secure fair settlements.

Who Were Looking For:



  • Sales Superstar: 5-10 years of successful sales experience, with a track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience as an adjuster, knowledge of property insurance policies, or familiarity with Xactimate is a plus.

  • Construction Savvy: Basic understanding of residential and commercial construction is beneficial.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Proactively market to new customers and build a network of policyholders in need of expert advocacy.

  • Negotiation & Claim Support: Leverage your negotiation skills to support policyholders, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their claims.

  • Organized, Driven, and Goal-Oriented: You excel at managing your time, following up with leads, and organizing your efforts to maximize success.

  • Travel Ready: Willing to travel across your region, including some weekends and holidays, to meet clients and drive results.



Requirements:



  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and a natural networker with excellent communication skills.

  • Public Adjusters License in Colorado (or willingness to obtain licensure in additional states).

  • Must reside in Colorado.
