Job description

The Operations Project Manager provides oversite to all operations projects. This includes planning, organizing staff and stake holders, implementation, project control, and implementation. Qualifications and Skills Experience in project contracts, controls, billing, change management, and reporting on construction projects Developing and maintaining communication channels with clients, stake holders, and internal personnel to ensure that work flows smoothly. Experience in project contracts, controls, billing, change management, and reporting on construction projects. Understanding of quality control requirements and turnover. Manage projects from early scope development to closeout delivering project objectives. Overseeing the development of project estimates, schedules and reports. Develop protocols and processes to improve efficiency and quality of work. Lead effective project change and risk management. Management and coordination of project staff and sub-contractors to ensure safe, cost effective, efficient and timely completion of projects in order to meet and/or exceed client expectations. Applying rigorous change management procedures to ensure project does not exceed established budget. Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Tasks Include but are not limited to Prepare detailed estimates. Developing detailed project-specific proposals in response to client RFP's. Developing and monitoring budgets and related documents (purchase orders, change orders, invoices, etc. Project Management. Setting up Budgets, schedule development and forecasting. Review preliminary and detailed designs/drawings. Recruitment and hiring of new team members. Reviewing and approving LEMS and invoices Purchasing of Materials and Equipment. Coordination of rental equipment and fleet vehicles. Project/Cost Control. Scheduling crews.
