Responsibilities:

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with patients in their homes, empowering them to regain mobility, independence, and overall wellness. You will assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and jointly accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association and the Committee on Allied Health Education with a B.S., B.A., or M.S. Degree.

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado.

Must have a valid non-restricted driver's license.

Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.

Minimum of two years' experience required, with home care experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.19 - $62.50 per hour
