Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional home health physical therapy services to patients in the Commerce City and Brighton areas.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
