Job Description Quantum Research International, Inc. Mission: Quantum is seeking an experienced Program Integrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This individual will perform integration activities in support of federal projects for our internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Assist Program and Project Managers (PM) in monitoring and coordinating the overall health of the programs, initiatives, and portfolios.
Assist PMs with coordinating, planning, and executing various stakeholder exchanges and activities.
Assist PMs in planning and managing project budgets and spend plans.
Assist PMs in planning, tracking, and reporting program execution.
Support material purchasing to include research and coordination of purchasing requests and order status.
Implement solutions for PM activities and coordinate with internal corporate departments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in relevant field of study with 6 years of experience. 4 years of experience in the military or other related profession may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Must be a US citizen with an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Fluency in MS Office applications, focus on SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with, guide, and collaborate across a multi-organizational and multi-discipline team to deliver integrated solutions and mutually beneficial outcomes. Desired/Preferred Skills Recommend best practice, technical solutions, and alternative for program implementation.
Assess existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
Support the development of business cases for Make-Buy, Make-Where, and Make-What collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering, P&L, and global business teams.
