ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a cleared Program Analyst to support our contract in Colorado Springs, CO. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following: Support planning, development, organization, and implementation of the Command's Counter-TCO program Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts, to include Requirements Development Process, Change Management Process, Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) efforts, and management of internal control/self-assessment programs Support management and execution of the CPI program and improvement cycle Assist teams with the development, scheduling, and execution of CPI events Identify and request resources such as personnel, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure the team's mission is met Evaluate metrics and analysis tools to ensure the team's actions are timely and reviewed at critical points Review work presented for approval by team members and make recommendations for improvement either in the work itself or the methods used to accomplish the work Determine and recommend methods for improving the quality and effectiveness of the team's work We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages. This position is offering a pay range of $91,00.00- $126,000.00 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements: This is an onsite program analyst position in Colorado Springs, CO Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance required A bachelor's degree from an accredited university 5+ years of work related experience 3 years experience with project management, program management, or quality management 2 years experience in continuous process improvement desired Project Management Professional credential desired Strong knowledge of government fiscal planning, programming, budgeting, and execution
