Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient interviews, examinations, and medical histories to provide high-quality care.
• Diagnostic Testing: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms (EKGs).
• Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat common medical conditions and minor injuries, ensuring effective patient outcomes.
• Medication Management: Prescribe medications and therapies within your scope of practice to manage patients health conditions.
• Therapeutic Procedures: Perform procedures like suturing wounds, casting fractures, and administering injections with precision and care.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to promote health and well-being.
• Collaborative Care: Work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience as a Physician Assistant.
• Licensure: Clean and active PA license.
• Certification: Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
• BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association.
