Job Description:

• Receiving and handling of all incoming referrals and orders per HIPPA regulations, including but not limited to:
  • Patient Demographics
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Insurance Information and Verification
  • Physician Information
  • Diagnosis
  • Billing Information
• 5-20 inbound calls
• Roughly 20 outbound calls
• Will also need to greet customers if they come in to the office. Not a lot of foot traffic, but looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with individuals if they come in

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED
• At least 6mo of customer service or office work environment
• Multi-tasking
