Position Details:

Location:
5725 Mark Dabling Blvd, Colorado Springs (In Office Position)

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (No Weekends)

Pay:
$18/hour

Training:
1 week of in class training 8am-5pm (paid at regular rate)

Start Date:
Monday, November 4th

What Youll Do:

Engage with customers to assess their financial situations and discuss tailored payment arrangements.

Create positive experiences by responding professionally to inquiries and offering alternative solutions.

Maintain high standards of professionalism while adhering to compliance regulations and security policies.

Meet performance metrics and uphold Federal and State laws.

What Were Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required.

At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.

A stable work history that demonstrates reliability.

Basic computer and strong typing skills.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

A diligent, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to professionalism.

The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
