C2BMC is an IDIQ structured program comprised of multiple task orders responsible for the design, development, deployment, integration, testing, operations and sustainment of a software based Command/Control and Battle Management system. This system provides US Commanders around the globe essential situational awareness and is the integrating element central to the MDA's missile defense missions. The MDA Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team and collaborates with multiple government agencies, contractors, universities, and other organizations to accomplish a diverse and broad reaching mission. A successful candidate must understand and be dedicated to the C2BMC Mission including Missile and Space Defense. The successful candidate will need to utilize good communication skills and good organizational skills to facilitate collaboration across the many organizations necessary to accomplish challenging missions. The selected candidate will join a high performing team as a C2BMC Global Operations Shift Lead supporting development for the MDA C2BMC-Global line of business. The Global Shift Lead will report to the Global Operations and Sustainment Engineering Manager and is responsible for establishing the procedures for day-to-day oversight and guidance of Global Operations floor processes. (24x7 crew filling global ops floor crew positions) based on overarching direction/guidance and objectives. The Shift Lead is responsible for oversight and management of all C2BMC Global operations, to include monitoring and reporting on health and status of the Global C2BMC enterprise. This first Shift Lead oversees C2BMC Global Operations & Maintenance (O&M), network monitoring, and network defense of the C2BMC mission systems, and makes day-to-day decisions on the operations floor to assure the availability, quality, and security of services vital to C2BMC Global mission systems operations, command and control (C2), and information sharing in coordination with the C2BMC Regional CWO and C2BMC Command Center lead. Responsible for the accuracy of all reports, keeping leadership informed, recommending courses of action, and maintaining the current status of all systems at all times. The Global Shift Lead maintains operations floor integrity and ensures crew members are appropriately trained, certified, and able to perform all assigned missions and ensuring shifts are properly manned and performs thorough changeover briefs. • Performs other related duties and assignments as required. Basic Qualifications:
• A final TS clearance needed prior to starting
• Experienced in Project Management, Planning and Resource Management
• Experience with leading personnel in operations and/or maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking
• Experience or knowledge of enterprise network, systems, and cyber defense capabilities and management
• Experience working in the operational shift work environment
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills and be capable of briefing senior leaders on complex issues
• Strong leadership skills
Desired Skills:
• TS/SCI/SAP, and read into the C2BMC program
• Experience in liaising with other DoD Agencies and associated Missile Defense Systems operations/organizations
• Experience with U.S. Space Force, USSTRATCOM, or working within the space domain
• Strong presentation and speaking skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
