Job Type Full-time Description Must be a US Citizen Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/CI Poly Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an All Source Analyst - Junior to conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. The mission for USSPACECOM Space Intelligence Enterprise, provides timely and relevant intelligence by conducting warning, analysis, and assessment; executing integrated intelligence operations; and maintaining intelligence partnerships to employ space operations that preserve freedom of action in space, deter aggression, and enable global projection Specific Responsibilities Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. Demonstrate working knowledge of analysis procedures (tradecraft), working knowledge of advanced analytic/analytic support techniques. Perform complex analysis and conduct analytic support tasks. Identify, proactively and solve issues with minimal supervisory guidance. Perform challenging and essential duties. Evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information. Interpret analysis to include, but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications. Defend analytical judgements with sound, logical conclusions. Communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally. Develop structured research (obtaining evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols.) Use complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches, to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate unforeseen circumstances. Requirements 3 years of experience in Analysis is required, within the last (2) two years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree (Desired) An additional 4 years of experience for a total of 7 (seven) years of experience, may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. Ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in formation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal is required. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Normal office environment. Travel Up to 10% - Domestic Travel may be required as duties demand.
