Be an ambassador of Grey Matters Defense Solutions as the first point of contact Attend Job Fair About you: 2-4 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting Actively search for online, passive candidates Respond to candidates who applied to our job posting utilizing JazzHR (application tracking system) Excellent relationship building experience must communicate with senior level managers regarding candidates craft and send detailed emails to managers highlighting the candidates knowledge, skills and abilities Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems Presentation skills must be able to pull reports from ATS maintain an excel spreadsheet present to managers at a weekly recruiting / hr meeting Nice to Have:
Previous experience hiring federal contractors
TS/SCI Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
