What are we looking for in our ADULT LEARNING FACILITATOR?

A global biotechnology company is looking to hire a contract Adult Learning Facilitator!

Contract: 9 Months

Location: Aurora, CO (onsite)

Pay: $50-60/ hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare material and equipment for training site sessions
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of all training
• Train consistently, complete demonstrations, and guide learners on assignments to be fulfilled
• Maintain professional image in line with company dress code. Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
• May be ask to assist in editing and providing feedback to created content
• Monitoring goals and plan for modification if needed
• Assist and evaluate center staff attending training session
• Maintain/ Monitor student training progress and report progress to site leadership

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong orator
• Active listening
• Experience delivering training to an audience
• Organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Smartsheet proficient
