Volt is immediately hiring for a Machine Operator in the Visalia area.
As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Set up, operate, and monitor various types of machinery and equipment used in manufacturing processes.
• Make necessary adjustments to machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations, maintenance activities, and production output.
• Load and unload materials into machinery and manage inventory to ensure an uninterrupted production process.

This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Attention to Detail
• Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Pay Rate: $17.00-+ DOE
Hours: Shifts Vary

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
