Job description

Volt is immediately hiring for Material Handler in Tustin, CA.
As an Material Handler you will:

• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued.

This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. Monday thru Friday.
The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years' with material handling experience
• Previous warehousing, logistics, or material handling experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities that
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software are preferred.

Schedule: 8:00 Am to 4:45 PM with 45 minute lunch
Days: Monday thru Friday
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
