• Annual Salary: $90,000 - $130,000

Overview of the Accounting Manager role:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Prepare quarterly budgets and financial forecasts with budget performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Supervise and mentor the accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor and control costs to ensure financial sustainability

Preferred qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Keen attention to detailed accuracy
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
