Job Description: Supply Chain Coordinator I
Location: Torrance, CA 90501
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri

Job Summary:
The Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations between Operations, Sales, Outside Vendors, and Customer Service departments
This role involves coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information to support project and operational goals
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

o Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants including external vendors.
o Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
o Prepare and distribute project-related reports and documentation.
Resource Management:
o Coordinate and prioritize resources with functional leads as needed.
o Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
o Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.

Administrative Duties:
o Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
o Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.

Problem-Solving:
o Identify and communicate any issues or problems that may arise during project execution.
o Implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
