Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Sr. Analyst to join the OE Community of Expertise team. This role will provide support in evaluating and enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall health of our organization and the solutions developed by HR for the business. The ideal candidate will possess a breadth of knowledge in organizational design/development, change management, employee experience/engagement, culture, and transformation.
Key Accountabilities
Conduct comprehensive analyses of organizational processes, workflows, and structures to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and assess organizational culture, identifying opportunities to strengthen alignment with company values and goals.
Develop playbooks and practitioner collateral within the following areas of focus: org. design, change management, design thinking, employee experience/engagement, and culture (organization and team).
Translate data analytics into business intelligence to develop recommendations and relay information to OE CoE Sr. Principal Specialists and Leaders to drive the development and continuous improvement of programs related to the OE CoE.
Partner with BHR and HR Operations to develop processes to operationalize solutions developed by the OE CoE.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced degree or HR professional certification highly preferred
5-7 years of experience in strategic organizational effectiveness, with a focus on organization design, change management, employee experience/engagement, and culture
Experience in manufacturing, technology or automotive lines of business considered a plus
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable development initiatives
Proficient in using advanced assessment tools, analytics, and metrics to drive strategic organizational decisions
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels of the organization
