Job description
ETHOS Therapeutics is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support to a myriad of cases in a multi-disciplinary team. The BCBA position will work as a direct provider of behavioral services to the clients and behavioral training to staff. They will also provide training and oversight to the staff on proper intervention techniques. Applicants will be required to supervise one-to-one direct care providers and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), this may include overseeing their hour and monthly requirements as dictated by the board. Applicants will also be required to learn the company's method of goal writing and data tracking. Applicants must be comfortable working with individuals that have developmental disabilities in conjunction with forensic (i.e. criminal record) and psychiatric complications that may lead to difficult behaviors. Applicants must be willing to do direct and indirect services. This will include driving to meet the group at different learning locations and/or riding in the company vehicles with the group. Applicants must be able to provide their current and active BCBA certification number.
General expectations will include 16 direct hours, 16 indirect hours, 6 hours of variable (direct/indirect) hours and 2 hours of miscellaneous.

Responsibilities:
Provide assessments and progress reports
Ensure safety of clients and staff
Ensure quality and standards of all clinical application of care
Assist clients or staff as needed
Follow and administer curriculum
Meet/drop off clients at their homes or various pick-up locations (worksites may vary)
Provide behavior intervention
Collect and review daily notes and data
Follow HIPAA and Regional Center best practices and standards
Oversee RBTs for their necessary supervision hours and any additional components as required
Maintain and ensure cleanliness of your vehicle if it used for transportation
Any duties or responsibilities assigned or delegated to you by the clinical/program director or regional manager
Able to lift 10 lbs. unassisted
Must be able to stand, walk, sit for prolonged periods
Must be able to stoop, bend and kneel for extended periods
Must be able to tolerate working outside in heat, cold, rain and other inclement weather
Requirements:
Certification by the Behavior Analyst Board required
Master's degree or higher in a related field
One or more years of experience working with individuals with forensic background, mental illness, or developmental disabilities
Knowledge of behavioral interventions
Current and valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a TB test prior to hire
Capability to complete Crises Intervention and Prevention training with advance physical skills
Reliable and safe vehicle for transportation of clients
Current and valid vehicle insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
Three or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Three or more years of experience working with individuals with forensic backgrounds
Three or more years of experience working with individuals with psychiatric diagnoses
CPR/First aid certification
CPI or other de-escalation techniques certification or training
Experience providing rehabilitation services to individuals who were previously incarcerated
Formal training in Trauma Informed Care
Formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
