Incumbents must have the ability to obtain the Class B Driver License and General Public Paratransit Vehicle Certification within six months of employment. As incumbents gain experience, they become fully competent to perform a variety of transit and customer service functions in relation to the transit system. Incumbents are considered "at will" and may be dismissed anytime.
