Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for a Invoicing Specialist for a local leading company in Santa Maria!
As a Invoicing Specialist you will:

• General office duties such as Faxing, Scanning, and Filing.
• Handle customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Submit billing through customer portals
• Understand and process multiple types of billing
• Generate customer invoices for work performed according to required weekly deadlines.

This is a 1st Shift Opportunity - Pay Rate is $18-21/hr
The Ideal Candidate:

• Great organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Detailed oriented and capable of reviewing data for errors
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
