Program Manager - Supply Chain Management (India)

Role Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to oversee program management efforts within supply chain management, supporting clients in logistics, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. This role involves establishing robust reporting processes and enabling direct connections with onsite Program Managers (PgMs) to ensure timely project delivery, streamlined resource management, and strategic alignment in supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

Program Oversight and Coordination

Act as the main contact for onsite Supply Chain Program Managers across various client accounts.

Align with project goals to ensure efficient delivery in logistics, distribution, and inventory management.

Strategic Alignment and Reporting

Develop reporting structures for onsite PgMs to track inventory levels, supply chain KPIs, and project risks.

Ensure program objectives align with supply chain efficiency goals and organizational targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

Work closely with onsite PgMs, logistics teams, suppliers, and client representatives to maintain high-quality deliverables and process consistency.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to communicate program updates, address supply chain concerns, and offer solutions.

Risk Management and Resource Allocation

Proactively identify supply chain risks, such as vendor delays or inventory shortages, and dependencies across projects.

Oversee resource allocation to support smooth supply chain execution and fulfilment targets.

Continuous Improvement and Best Practices

Implement best practices in supply chain program management to improve operational efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating supply chain performance and optimizing processes.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years in Program Management or Supply Chain roles, with a track record in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics management, and inventory control.

Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional supply chain teams.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for executive-level reporting on complex supply chain projects.

Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications, ideally with supply chain management qualifications.
