Looking for a Contract Worker to provide support and coverage while employees are out on medical leave. Following is an outline of the experience and activities for this role.

Scope

Review, prepare, submit, and manage Export licenses and license exceptions under the Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations to authorize the transfer of regulated hardware, technical data, software, and services. Work with Product Management, Engineering, Sales & Marketing to ensure all export licensing and license exceptions are properly documented and are in place before projects are started. Collaborate with other members of the licensing organization on best practices. Manage OCR/EASE recordkeeping and reporting.

Required Skills

• Direct experience in U.S. export licensing is required.

• Experience with SNAP-R licensing

• License exception management

• Advanced Excel or Smartsheet

• General computer skills

• 7+ years' experience in export compliance, export licensing

• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Results oriented.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to make well-thought through decisions in a timely way.

• Strong English reading, writing and analytical skills

Highly preferred skills & experience

• Experience in OCR

• Foreign national employee licensing and reviews

• SNAP-R reporting

• GTS/SAP experience

• Strong trade technical knowledge of US export control laws, regulations

Job Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Trade Compliance

• 5+ years experience in export licensing

• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills
