JOB SUMMARY:

This hybrid role, situated in Santa Clara, California, is pivotal in bridging the business requirements with technological solutions, ensuring streamlined workflows and enhanced efficiencies within an organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions in alignment with architectural standards, and spearheading quality assurance and testing phases to meet business needs. Excellent stakeholder management and communication are at the heart of this position, requiring a dynamic individual capable of fostering strong relationships and driving technology solutions that add tangible value.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements through various techniques.

Design and validate technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and architectural standards.

Develop, execute, and automate test plans and cases in collaboration with the QA/QE team to assure software quality.

Facilitate effective stakeholder communication, serving as a liaison between business and IT to ensure project alignment.

Manage relationships with business partners, advocating for technological solutions that drive business value.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong analytical capability with a knack for identifying improvement areas.

Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a solid understanding of the SDLC.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate diverse stakeholder needs.

Industry Experience Required:

Experience in IT project delivery, particularly in roles like Business Solutions Analyst, with a deep understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and system design methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, and business intelligence tools is beneficial
