About the Position
I am seeking a reliable individual to supervise and observe work being done on various property renovation projects. Your role will involve visiting project sites, monitoring the builders progress, and providing regular updates directly to me. This is a discreet position, so your involvement with supervising will remain private.

Responsibilities
Visit the property sites regularly to observe the builders work and report on progress.
Track project milestones and ensure that work aligns with established timelines.
Identify and flag any concerns or issues you notice on-site.
Document progress and provide clear updates through written or verbal reports.
Communicate any specific requests or details regarding the project.

Requirements:
Attention to detail, reliability, and a professional approach.
Ability to handle supervision tasks discreetly without disclosing your role.
Good observational skills and basic knowledge of renovation or construction projects is helpful.
Must have access to reliable transportation (all travel expenses covered).
