Day Shift: M - F 7am - 330 pm - Onsite

Swing Shift: 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM - ON-SITE

As a BALL GRID ARRAY (BGA) Re-work Technician, you will be exclusively reworking large PCBs with cores as big a five fingers wide. You will use a pick and place machine and will be replacing faulty PCBAs and all the electronic components. You may also be asked to do a variety of duties in accordance with your training, experience, and skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years of experience working with BGA

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

LANGUAGE: English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

SKILLS:

Skilled at removing parts from PCBA and solder equipment

Skilled at hand soldering including jumper wires

Great verbal and written communication skills

Read and understand work orders and manufacturing work instructions

Accuracy for documentation

Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees

Common sense to solve practical problems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review daily rework schedule with manufacturing supervisor

Perform repair to PCB's based on daily schedule

Validating material and required documentation for work orders

May train new hires on SOPs, etc.

Other duties assigned or needed

Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
