Office Manager
San Francisco, CA (onsite)
Potential to convert to perm

Overview: Manage daily operations and oversee a small team at a law office in San Francisco, CA. Handle general email inbox, assign tasks, and conduct in-person meetings with attorneys. This is a front-facing role requiring strong leadership, production experience, and the ability to manage office tasks and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage a small team.
• Handle copy/print/scan tasks and office supply management.
• Conduct meetings with attorneys and maintain open communication with the client.
• Manage contracted services (e.g., Copy, Courier, Managed Print, Hospitality).
• Evaluate team performance, provide training, and support career development.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and client requirements.
• Maintain customer-focused environment and achieve quality standards.
• Address issues related to pricing, orders, and invoicing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
• 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing work experience required.
• Knowledge of technology and proficient in office software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Business casual dress code.
