Skills Required for the LCSW/LMFT Opportunity:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Similar
  • LCSW, LMFT, and BBS licensure in the state of California is a MUST!
  • 1-2 years of experience providing mental health services to children and families preferably in a community setting
  • Bilingual Clinicians (Spanish fluent) are preferred
  • Possess exceptional clinical skills and experience in providing therapy for individuals, groups, and families.
  • Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ability to adapt interventions to meet individual clients' needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
