Site Manager
San Diego, CA 92136 (Naval Base San Diego)
On-Site Position - Start date is December 2024 Strategic Data Systems is seeking a Site Manager that is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of a Navy Human Resources Service Center in San Diego, CA As a Site Manager, you will: • Supervise and lead a team of supervisors, team leads, and call center agents.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
• Ensure that the call center meets its service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage and optimize call center workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complex complaints.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve call center goals and objectives.
• Plan and manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular reports on call center performance to senior management.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure the call center meets their expectations.
• Develop and implement contingency plans for handling emergencies or unexpected situations.

Requirements: • DOD Secret Security Clearance Eligible • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
• 10 years of management experience preferably with a background in the US Navy
• Experience with the following:
o Large scale human resources, shared services contact centers o Understanding of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
o Telephone operations and staffing systems
o E-mail management
o Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR)
o Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP)
o CRM applications
