Epsilon Systems C5I () is focused on software development and systems engineering for complex command, control, intelligence and combat systems is seeking a Program Manager with 8+ years' experience for work in San Diego, CA. Our engineering efforts provide the warfighter with tools support critical support to operational missions to improve targeting capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities: The Program Manager will be responsible for directing and regularly evaluating performance of assigned program tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and achievement of technical, schedule, performance and contractual objective to ensure work results meets customer requirements.
Provide assistance in program definition, organization, and direction of short and long-range plans.
Ensure all contract deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time.
Plan, direct and monitor assigned project budgets.
Understand and develop business proposals, financial performance reports, contract required reports and documents.
Frequently interact with customers and functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, oversee production, and maintain work schedules.
Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers and senior executives.
Strive to increase business opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field.
Eight or more (8+) years of experience supporting DoD programs
All applicants must hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI Access.
Experience with standard project management procedures including project tracking, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Knowledge of DoD System Architecture and system design documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Advanced level user in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Visio).
Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred. Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $130,000 To $165,000 Annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. ADA Notations : Prolonged standing.
